Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Nail Technician to join our team and provide exceptional nail care services to our valued clients. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for performing manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and attention to detail. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in nail artistry while delivering personalized service in a professional salon environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and exfoliation, using safe and hygienic techniques.
Apply nail polish, gel polish, acrylic, or other nail enhancements with precision and artistic flair to create beautiful and long-lasting results.
Provide relaxing hand and foot massages during treatments to enhance the overall client experience.
Assess the condition of clients' nails and recommend appropriate nail care treatments or products to address any concerns.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by sterilizing tools and equipment, disposing of single-use items properly, and following health and safety protocols.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized service, addressing client needs and preferences, and ensuring a positive salon experience.
Collaborate with salon team members to ensure seamless coordination of services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Certification or licensure as a Nail Technician in accordance with state regulations.
Proven experience as a Nail Technician in a salon or spa setting.
Proficiency in performing manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
